Can I visit the All About Electrics warehouse to buy products?

Are the products you sell brand new?

Yes we only sell new products on our website

 

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

We are very sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived. Please contact us and provide us with your All About Electrics confirmation number and we will investigate the delivery of your parcel.

 

How can I track my order?

Upon shipping, you will have received an email confirmation from us with your tracking number. Please click here to track your item using your UPS tracking number.

 

How long will delivery take?

If you place your order before 2pm (Monday-Friday), we offer a next working day delivery promise.

 

How do I cancel my order as I no longer need the goods?

What do I do if my items have been delivered damaged or incorrect?

We are very sorry to hear that your item has been delivered in this condition. Please click here to initiate a free of charge return.

 

What do I do if my item has developed a fault within the first 30 days of purchase?

If your purchase is still within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you will be entitled to return the product to us free of charge for a full refund. If the product is outside of 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly as they will be able to advise on their repair or replace warranty. My product is faulty however outside of 30 days. Is it still guaranteed by the manufacturer?

You will need to contact the manufacturer in the first instance. The information should have been provided with the product at the point of purchase however if you need any assistance 2 regarding contacting the manufacturer, please get in touch with us.

 

What should I do if I have already installed something that has developed a fault?

If you have already installed the unit, please check with the manufacturer as they may provide a helpline number, repair service or warranty. If you are unable to locate the manufacturer’s contact information, please contact us. If the product is within 30 days from your date of delivery, you will be able to return the product to us for a full refund. Please click here to initiate your return free of charge.

 

I need a spare part for my item, are All About Electrics able to help with this?

Unfortunately we are not able to supply spare parts for products however the manufacturer may be able to support with this. Please contact the manufacturer in the first instance or contact us for additional help if you are unable to identify the manufacturer’s contact information.
